Here at Kesstek we continuously strive to protect the identities of our customers. For this reason, we process all orders manually. This means your credit card number will not be charged when the order is placed. We check all IP Addresses when we process the orders. If you IP Address is out of the country or no-where near the shipping/billing address, your order will NOT be processed. Also we will not process any orders which give a disconnected telephone number.
 **For International Shipments we will only accept Pay Pal Payment with Verified Addresses.**

All sales are final. There is a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If you have a defective item or have that item break within 1 year, please contact us for a replacement. All non-defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
